Delete your Quick Rider account

Use this page to request deletion of your driver account and associated personal data, even when you no longer have access to the Quick Rider application.

Before submitting your request

For immediate deletion from inside the application, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm using your current password.

This public form creates a deletion request. It does not ask for your password. Quick Delivery may contact you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

Enter the number registered on your Quick Rider driver account.

Reason for deletion — optional

I understand that verified account deletion is permanent and that I will no longer be able to sign in to Quick Rider using this driver account.

Data removed after verification

Driver name, phone number, email and city.
National ID and driving license data.
Vehicle and uploaded document information.
Login sessions and saved device tokens.
Live and stored driver location details that are no longer required.

Data that may be retained

Quick Delivery may retain limited anonymized delivery, payment, fraud-prevention or dispute records when needed for operational, accounting or legal obligations. These records will no longer contain the deleted driver's personal profile information.
