Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Delivery collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes personal information when customers use the Quick Delivery mobile application and related services.

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

Welcome to Quick Delivery. Your privacy is important to us. In this Privacy Policy, “Quick Delivery,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Quick Delivery customer application and associated delivery services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

Depending on how you use the application, we may collect:

  • Full name.
  • Mobile phone number.
  • Email address, when voluntarily provided.
  • Customer account identifiers.

1.2 Location and Address Information

To provide delivery services, show relevant stores, calculate delivery distances and fees, and deliver orders accurately, we may collect:

  • Your current device location, when permission is granted.
  • Saved delivery addresses.
  • Latitude and longitude coordinates.
  • Area, city, country, building, apartment, floor, and delivery notes.
  • Map-related information such as place identifiers, postal codes, and plus codes.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information, including:

  • Device identifier.
  • Operating system and device platform.
  • Application version.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging push notification token.
  • Device activity and security status.

1.4 Order and Transaction Information

When you place or receive a delivery order, we may process:

  • Products and quantities ordered.
  • Store and branch information.
  • Order totals, fees, discounts, and payment method.
  • Order status and delivery progress.
  • Delivery address and contact details associated with the order.
  • Payment and transaction records necessary for accounting, security, and support.

1.5 Customer Support and Security Information

When you contact support or when we investigate suspected fraud, misuse, account restrictions, or security incidents, we may collect the information necessary to review and resolve the issue.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through Quick Delivery to:

  • Create, verify, and manage customer accounts.
  • Display stores and services available near the customer.
  • Calculate delivery distances and fees.
  • Process, prepare, deliver, and track orders.
  • Send order and account notifications.
  • Connect customers with stores and assigned delivery drivers.
  • Provide customer support and resolve complaints.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security risks.
  • Maintain business, financial, audit, and transaction records.
  • Comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.

3. Location Permissions

Quick Delivery may request access to your device location. Location access is used to identify nearby stores, calculate delivery fees, suggest delivery areas, and improve delivery accuracy.

You can disable location permission through your device settings. However, some features may not function correctly without location access, and you may need to enter a delivery address manually.

4. Push Notifications

Quick Delivery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send operational notifications, including:

  • Order confirmation and acceptance.
  • Order preparation and readiness.
  • Driver and delivery progress updates.
  • Account, service, and security notices.
Important: Quick Delivery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. The customer application does not use Firebase Analytics for behavioral analytics or advertising tracking.

You may disable notifications in your device settings, but doing so may prevent you from receiving important order updates.

5. Payments

Quick Delivery may support mobile money, bank, card, or other electronic payment methods depending on availability in the user's country.

We may store payment-related records such as the selected payment method, transaction status, payment reference, amount, and payment phone number where needed to complete a transaction or provide support.

Quick Delivery does not intend to store full bank card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card credentials. Such credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider where applicable.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share only the information necessary with:

  • Stores and cashiers processing a customer's order.
  • Assigned delivery drivers completing the delivery.
  • Payment providers processing or verifying payments.
  • Cloud, messaging, mapping, hosting, and technical service providers.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, or insurers where reasonably necessary.
  • Government authorities when disclosure is legally required.

Stores and drivers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to prepare, deliver, and support the relevant order.

7. Third-Party Services

Quick Delivery may use third-party services including:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
  • Google Maps Platform and related location services.
  • Payment service providers.
  • Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, account verification, device identification, secure communications, and restricted administrative access.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill orders, support customers, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, accounting, audit, and security obligations.

Certain historical order, payment, financial, settlement, security, and audit records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Where these records are retained after account deletion, Quick Delivery removes or anonymizes direct customer identifiers so that the retained records no longer directly identify the deleted customer.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Customers may request permanent account deletion directly inside the Quick Delivery application through:

More → Delete Account → Delete My Account

After a successful deletion request:

  • The customer account is deleted.
  • Personal profile information is removed.
  • Saved delivery addresses are deleted.
  • Saved mobile payment numbers are deleted.
  • Registered customer devices and notification tokens are removed.
  • Personal delivery-address information associated with retained historical orders is removed or anonymized.
  • Historical orders are disconnected from the deleted customer account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Account deletion may be temporarily unavailable when the customer has an active order that has not yet been completed. This protects the delivery process and allows the order to be completed safely.

A restricted or blocked account may be prevented from using in-application deletion where the account must first be reviewed for fraud, abuse, security, payment, or policy reasons. The customer may contact Quick Delivery Support for assistance.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw optional permissions through your device settings.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where legally available.
  • Contact us with a privacy-related complaint or question.

12. Children's Privacy

Quick Delivery is not directed to children who are below the minimum legal age required to consent to digital services in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information unlawfully, they should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. International Processing

Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which the user lives. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page, and the Effective Date at the top will be revised.

Continued use of Quick Delivery after an updated policy becomes effective means that the user acknowledges the revised policy.
