2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage store owner accounts
• Display store and branch information within the Quick Delivery platform
• Enable order, menu, and store management features
• Send important notifications related to orders, account status, and service updates
• Use location information to determine the geographic location of the store or its branches. This location data is used to:
  • Display the store location in the customer application so customers can find nearby stores
  • Allow delivery drivers to accurately locate the store for order pickup and delivery
  Location data is not used for background tracking and is collected only when necessary for store setup and delivery operations.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and overall service quality

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal data. Information may be shared only with service providers and backend systems that are strictly required to operate the application and deliver its services, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

• Location data associated with the store

7. Business Verification Information

To ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the Republic of Rwanda, Quick Partner requires store owners to provide official business verification information during the registration process.

This information may include government-issued business registration certificates, commercial licenses, or other official documents that confirm the legal operation of the store or business.

We collect this information solely for the following purposes:

• To verify that the store owner is legally authorized to operate the business
• To prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized store registrations
• To ensure compliance with local commercial and regulatory requirements
• To maintain a trusted and safe marketplace for customers and delivery partners

All submitted documents are handled securely and are used strictly for verification and compliance purposes. These documents are not shared with third parties, are not used for advertising or marketing, and are not made publicly accessible within the application.

Business verification documents are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, regulatory, or operational requirements and may be securely deleted upon account termination, unless retention is required by law.
